Newsline Terms and Conditions
Concept reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by informing you by e-mail. You accept these terms and conditions on first use of Newsline and the amended terms if you access your Newsline account after such notification.

Definitions
“Concept” is the company registered under Concept Management Systems International Ltd.
“User” is the legal entity to whom Concept are providing the Services pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. “Newsline” is the email campaign manager system created by Concept providing email marketing services.

Opening you account
Your Newsline account is set up within 24 hours with no limitation of emails (see our fair usage policy below), depending of the amount of subscribers your want to have in your distribution list.

Terms of service
The term of service begins at the date a service order is signed, or billing is initiated, and will automatically be renewed for successive terms unless cancellation notice is given according to the Cancellation Policy (see below).

Payment terms
All payments are to be made either by purchase order or cheque within thirty (30) days of acceptance of order. Standing orders are used for monthly payments on annual on annual subscription services. The service will be started once payments are received and cleared but suspended if payments are not received or not cleared.

Cancellation Policy
If the user wants to cancel the service, he has to provide Concept with a thirty (30) day notice of cancellation in writing. If Concept does not receive written notification of cancellation or if the user does not receive emailed acknowledgement of cancellation, the user is responsible for each billing period until such written notice is given. The minimum billing period is one month.

Fair Usage Policy
To make the most of Newsline, we encourage users to use the services as much as you like. To help us meet our commitment to you and other customers, we also ask that you use the services fairly. For example, if you send very large files, if might affect the use of the service for other customers. If you continue to use your service inappropriately we reserve the right to end your agreement instantly and without notice.

Regulation
You shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of your Newsline account and Concept will comply with all applicable laws in the supply of the service.

Breach of Terms and Conditions
We may terminate your Newsline account immediately if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. Following termination a one week time period will be provided for the removal of your data.

Contents
You are responsible for all content displayed on pages within your Newsline newsletter, including content provided by you or by any person that you give editing rights to. However, we reserve the right to take any action with respect to your content if we believe it may create liability for Concept.

Liability
In no event shall Concept be liable for any lost of data, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with Newsline.

Support
The technical support service team is available 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday excepting national holidays either through the online form or by calling 01355 230099. We will endeavour to deal with your support query as quickly as we can but certainly within 24 hours within the working week.

Refund
Concept will not provide any refund on services provided unless unforeseen circumstances (major technical failure). Any service, monthly or subscription for one year for payment by standing order is due.
